1. Store identification
The website petaledore.ch is operated by Pétale Doré by Linda Trzeciak Soria-Ecoffey, operated under the business name Pétale Doré.
Pétale Doré is a small artisanal structure based in Switzerland, specialising in the creation and sale of handmade jewellery, including bracelets, necklaces, earrings and personalised creations.
In these Terms of Service, the terms “we”, “our” and “us” refer to Pétale Doré by Linda Trzeciak Soria-Ecoffey. The terms “you”, “your” and “customer” refer to any person browsing the website, using our services or placing an order on our store.
2. Acceptance of the terms
By browsing our website, using our store or placing an order, you accept these Terms of Service as well as the applicable complementary policies, including:

3. Website access and customer account
You may browse our store without creating a customer account. However, certain features may require the creation of an account or the provision of personal information, in particular to place an order, arrange delivery or manage a return.
You undertake to provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information, including your name, delivery address, email address, phone number and information necessary for payment.
If you create a customer account, you are responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for any activity carried out through your account.
4. Handmade products
Pétale Doré offers handmade jewellery crafted with care. Each creation may present slight variations in colour, shape, size, appearance or arrangement of elements. These variations are normal and are part of the artisanal nature of the products.
We make every effort to present our products faithfully through the photos, descriptions, dimensions and information available on the website. However, the display of colours may vary depending on the screens, devices and settings used.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, our jewellery is fashion or artisanal jewellery. It is not presented as fine jewellery, nor as a medical or therapeutic product, nor as guaranteeing any particular property linked to the stones used.
We reserve the right to modify, withdraw or limit the availability of a product at any time.
5. Orders
Placing an order on our store constitutes an offer to purchase. The order is considered accepted after written confirmation by email and validation of the payment.
The customer is responsible for checking the accuracy of the information entered before confirming the order, including the chosen product, size, any options, delivery address and contact details.
An order that has already been confirmed and paid for cannot be cancelled automatically. If you wish to cancel an order before it is shipped, please contact us quickly. We will do our best to help you, but cancellation cannot be guaranteed if the order is already being prepared, manufactured, personalised or shipped.
For personalised products, custom-made products or products made according to the customer’s instructions, the order can in principle no longer be cancelled once production has started.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order in the event of an obvious error, suspected fraud, impossibility of delivery, product unavailability or any other legitimate reason.
6. Prices, VAT and payment
Prices are indicated in Swiss francs (CHF).
Unless otherwise stated, delivery costs are not included in the product prices and are shown separately before the order is confirmed.
Pétale Doré is currently not subject to Swiss VAT. The prices indicated therefore do not include Swiss VAT.
Payments are processed through the payment methods offered at checkout, including Shopify Payments, bank cards, TWINT or any other method available on the store.
The order is processed only after payment has been validated.
We reserve the right to change our prices at any time. The applicable price is the one displayed at the time the order is confirmed.
7. Shipping and delivery
The shipping methods, indicative delivery times, delivery costs and conditions applicable in the event of an incorrect address, returned parcel or delay are described in our Shipping Policy.
The delivery times indicated are provided for information only and may vary depending on product availability, preparation time, Swiss Post services or any other event beyond our control.
The customer is responsible for the accuracy of the delivery address provided when placing the order.
8. Returns, exchanges and refunds
The conditions applicable to returns, exchanges, refunds, defect-related requests and abusive requests are described in our Return and Refund Policy.
Under Swiss law, there is no general right of withdrawal or automatic return for online purchases once the order has been confirmed. Pétale Doré nevertheless offers a voluntary return option under the conditions set out in its Return and Refund Policy.
9. Warranty, defects and jewellery care
In the event of a product defect, the customer must contact us promptly after receipt or discovery of the issue, preferably in writing, at contact@petaledore.ch.
The customer’s rights in the event of a defect are governed by the applicable provisions of Swiss law.
Damage resulting in particular from improper use, impact, excessive pulling, prolonged exposure to water, humidity, perfumes, cosmetics, chemical products, household products or any use contrary to the care recommendations is not considered a defect.
10. Intellectual property
All content on the website, including texts, photographs, visuals, graphics, logos, business names, product descriptions, layouts and design elements, is protected by Swiss law and applicable international intellectual property law.
Unless prior written authorisation is granted, it is forbidden to copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, commercially exploit or reuse all or part of the website content.
The business name “Pétale Doré”, brand visuals and creations presented on the website are used to identify the activity of Pétale Doré by Linda Trzeciak Soria-Ecoffey. Even in the absence of formal trademark registration, unauthorised use may infringe our rights and legitimate interests.
Third-party trademarks, logos or services, including Shopify, remain the property of their respective owners.
11. Reviews, comments and content submitted by customers
If you send us a review, comment, photo, suggestion or any other content, you confirm that you have the necessary rights to send it to us.
You accept that we may use this content to respond to your request, improve our products, manage customer service or, with your consent where necessary, use it for communication or promotional purposes.
You undertake not to submit content that is illegal, defamatory, misleading, abusive, fraudulent, infringes the rights of a third party or contains a virus or malicious code.
We reserve the right to delete or refuse any content that we consider inappropriate, misleading, abusive or contrary to these Terms.
12. Personal data
The processing of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.
Our store is hosted by Shopify, which processes certain data necessary for the operation of the website, checkout and payments.
13. Relationship with Shopify and third-party providers
Our store is powered by Shopify, which provides us with the technical infrastructure necessary to operate the website, cart, checkout, payments and certain e-commerce features.
Any sale made on our store is concluded directly between the customer and Pétale Doré by Linda Trzeciak Soria-Ecoffey. Shopify is not the seller of the products offered on our store.
The website may also contain or use tools, applications, links or services provided by third parties, in particular for payments, delivery, translation, stock management, analytics or customer service. These services may be subject to their own terms of use and privacy policies.
14. Prohibited uses
You undertake to use our website only in a lawful manner and in accordance with these Terms.
In particular, it is prohibited:
- to use the website for fraudulent, abusive, unlawful or malicious purposes;
- to submit false information or false evidence in connection with an order, return or complaint;
- to impersonate a person or company;
- to infringe the intellectual property rights of Pétale Doré or third parties;
- to introduce a virus, malicious code or any element likely to harm the operation of the website;
- to copy, extract, scrape, resell or exploit website content without authorisation;
- to use robots, automated tools, scripts, scraping tools or automated agents to access the website abusively;
- to circumvent the security, access limitation or protection measures implemented on the website.
In the event of abusive, fraudulent use or use contrary to these Terms, we reserve the right to refuse an order, suspend access to the website, refuse a return request or take any useful measure to protect our rights.
15. Accuracy of information
We strive to keep the information on the website accurate and up to date. However, errors, inaccuracies or omissions may occasionally occur, including in product descriptions, prices, promotions, availability, delivery times or shipping costs.
We reserve the right to correct any error, inaccuracy or omission, to modify or update information, or to cancel an order in the event of an obvious error.
16. Liability
We strive to ensure the proper functioning of the website and the quality of the products offered. However, we do not guarantee that the website will be continuously accessible, uninterrupted, error-free or free of technical flaws.
Our liability is limited to proven direct damages resulting from fault on our part, within the limits permitted by Swiss law.
We are not responsible for indirect damages, loss of profit, loss of data, improper use of the product, normal wear and tear, accidental breakage, improper handling, or any damage resulting from an event reasonably beyond our control.
No limitation provided for in these Terms applies in the event of intentional misconduct, gross negligence or in cases where applicable law prohibits such limitation.
17. Force majeure and events beyond our control
We cannot be held responsible for any delay or inability to perform our obligations where this results from an event beyond our control, including postal disruption, natural disaster, major technical failure, strike, decision by an authority, supply shortage, illness, accident or any other unforeseeable or difficult-to-control event.
18. Changes to the Terms
We may update these Terms of Service to reflect changes in our business, tools, services or applicable legal requirements.
The version published on our website is the applicable version. The date of the last update is indicated at the top of the page.
19. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is considered null, invalid or unenforceable, the other provisions shall remain fully applicable.
20. Applicable law and jurisdiction
These Terms of Service are governed by Swiss law.
Subject to mandatory legal jurisdictions provided by law, any dispute relating to these Terms, the use of the website or an order placed with Pétale Doré shall fall within the jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Canton of Geneva, Switzerland.
